Who	Any AVBHA affiliated traveling teams. Eagles, Valkyries, U15, etc.
Cost	There is no cost to the team for the facility or trainer.

Does the team coaching staff need to attend?
Yes! E>Train will run the treadmill and team coaches will run activities for players not currently on the treadmill. The team will have access to the entire facility during the time slot including meeting room and RapidShot.

How do I book a time?
Select an available time on the Book a Time tab. After that, add the appointment to your SportsEngine team calendar.
