We need your help representing AVBHA at your elementary schools - reach out to learn more about how you can get involved. And coaches, take note: there's been a deadline change for coaching clinics, so be sure to mark your calendars accordingly. Keep reading for all the details!

Attention Mite Parents! We're on the lookout for enthusiastic volunteers to represent AVB at their elementary schools. As a liaison, you'll work directly with Ginger Lemke to let her know when your school holds events, distribute flyers throughout the school year, and help run the AVBHA booth at your school carnivals. This gig covers your dibs for the 24-25 season. Interested? Reach out to Ginger directly to get involved and let's spread the hockey love together!

Our three school carnivals were a huge hit last week and we’re excited to keep it rolling! Swing by our booth and say "hi" at your elementary school, or better yet, dive right in and join the fun by volunteering with us! We're on the lookout for some awesome helpers to earn DIBS and spread the hockey love, whether it's helping kids shoot pucks, spinning the prize wheel, or chatting with parents and kids about all things hockey! Shoot Ginger Lemke an email if you're up for the challenge! Let's make these carnivals the talk of the town!
Edward Neill: Thursday, May 16, 5:00-7:00 (volunteers needed from 4:30-8:00)
Westview: Friday, May 17, 5:00-8:00 pm (volunteers needed from 4:30-8:00)
Why it's important: these events are a big deal because we're igniting kids' passion for hockey! As volunteers, we get to spread the love, pump up excitement, and maybe even discover future hockey heroes. Let's make memories, share laughs, and turn these kids into lifelong hockey fans!

Important update: The deadline for completing coaching clinics has been moved up to December 15, 2024, for the 24-25 hockey season. Please note this change from the previous deadline of December 31. Be sure to complete your clinics by the new deadline. Thank you for all you do - can't wait to have you back!
