TRAINING CENTER HOURS
Get ready to boost your game at the Training Center this week! Take a look at the schedule below to ensure you're at the top of your game:
Monday - Thursday
3:30 - 5:30 - squirt, peewee, bantam, 10u and 12u
5:30 - 6:45 - mites, squirts and 10u
6:45 - 8:00 - peewee, bantam and 12U
And always keep in mind, staying well-hydrated is the key to reaching your peak performance on the ice. Don't leave your trusty water bottle behind! Let's make the most out of every training session. 2ND ANNUAL AVHS WOMEN’S HOCKEY BEAN BAG TOURNAMENT THIS SUNDAY!
Get ready to toss your way to victory at the 2nd Annual AVHS Women’s Hockey Bean Bag Tournament, happening this Sunday! Here's everything you need to know:
Date: October 8, 2023
Time: 11:00 am Check-In, 12 pm First Toss
Place: Buck ’54 Bar & Grill, 15400 Buck Hill Rd, Burnsville
Registration Fee: $50 per team of 2 players
This is a 64-team tournament with a guarantee of 2 games. It's going to be a "tossing" good time, and you definitely don't want to miss it!
Besides the bean bag tournament, there will be raffle baskets, games, prizes, and mouthwatering food available for purchase via cash or Venmo.

MITES MEETING OCTOBER 13!

REMINDER FOR YOUTH HELPERS DURING INTRO TO HOCKEY
Youth players have been an incredible asset to our programs, and we're deeply grateful for their assistance. These young helpers are leaders in the making, and it's crucial to remind them that when they step onto the ice during these sessions, it's not their practice time. This ice time is dedicated to introducing the kids to the game, fostering their love for hockey, and helping them develop their skills.
We encourage our youth players to take on a leadership role during these sessions. Be patient, offer guidance, and set a positive example for the aspiring hockey stars. Remember, our young participants look up to you as role models, so let's work together to create a fun, safe, and educational environment for everyone involved.
